ACT OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I am sure you all must have seen beggars at road crossing. Even children as small as 4 or 5 years old are seen. I do not think Government can get involved. So I suggest that as an act of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, big business houses like Tata, Birla, Ambani and alike should join hands and open a NGO which runs ASHARMS for such persons. Children can be given education and Adults can be made to learn some skill like sewing, knitting or even paperbad making and once they learn it they should be made to work for the cause. In the past I had seen PINGALWARAS being run which did what I suggest. I at the age of 74+ will oversee such ASHARMS.
