WHO TO CONTACT?

Yesterday morning there was body of a dead dog near our Housing Society. I saw garbage collection truck of West Zone Municipal Corporation. I contacted the person accompanying it and requested him to have the body removed. I was shocked when he said that it was not his job. On way back I told society guard to use his contacts with that person and have it done. Late I was shocked when the guard told me that he had to pay Rs 500/= to get this done. I requested our society committee member to have it reimbursed.

This made me think Who to contact for removal of dead body of animals from public land.
