It is worth appreciating that Delhi Govt is worried about Pollution level. It is planned that driving of private vehicle eg cars etc will be restricted to odd & even day as per registration number. May I point out that this leads to suffering of some old persons who need to visit their doctor on daily basis for treatment. May I request the concerned authorities to keep it in mind while declaring odd & even plan.
