I appreciate your concern about pollution but I feel that I must tell you how much difficulty it has caused to old persons like me.
I am 74 years old and have related health problems including knee pain which restricts my walking even with walking stick.
I suggest you keep difficulties of elderly persons in mind and make necessary changes in Odd & Even day scheme.
